Before we confirm a date, before we sign a contract, we'll meet to see if Shadow & Shoal is the right fit for you. We can discuss our approach, our work timeline, and answer all questions you may have.
2. Plan & Prepare
Leading up to the wedding, or other photoshoot, we'll communicate regularly. Sharing ideas, developing a schedule, identifying must-have shots, and getting a true feel for how your day will go.
3. Capture & Deliver
When the day arrives, you can focus on your celebration while we capture every moment along the way. You can rest assured that your special event is in good hands, coordinated professionally and photographed thoroughly.

How do we book a photo session with you?
Head to our Contact page and send me a message. I will get back to you promptly, and we can go over dates, check availability, and schedule an in-person consultation. If you decide to move forward with Shadow & Shoal, we'll go under contract with a reservation deposit.
What should we wear for our engagement session?
Ultimately, it's up to you and what style you'd like portrayed through your session. During our planning phase, we can lock in the vibe we're going for in your shoot, which will determine what to wear.
How long does it take to get our photos?
For a full wedding day, you can expect 2-4 weeks before the gallery is ready to view and download. For shorter sessions, like an engagement or bridal portrait session, photos are typically ready within two weeks after the shoot.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes! The Client Gallery that we share with you once all photos are ready makes it very easy for you or loved ones to order prints or special boutique items directly from our website.
